Eleos is Africa's leading digital mental health platform. We connect you with licensed African therapists who understand your culture, your language, and your lived experience. Our mission is to make professional mental health care private, affordable, and accessible to anyone, regardless of income, location, or stigma.

Built for Africa
We combine global best practice with deep African cultural knowledge. Sessions are available in Twi, Ga, Hausa, French, English, and more. Faith-integrated counselling is available for those who want it. We accept Mobile Money (MoMo, Vodafone Cash), bank cards, and offer sliding-scale fees for those who qualify.
Your privacy matters
Your information is private and protected. Eleos is compliant with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We never share your data without your consent. You can use a nickname until you're ready to share more.
How we use data
We may use aggregated, pseudonymized data to research mental health trends in the populations we serve. This helps improve care quality and access without identifying individuals.
Public health integration (long-term)
Public facilities often can't support commission-based billing. Our approach is to establish a strong private marketplace first, then explore referral partnerships with public sector programs (not integrated billing), including potential pro-bono pathways.
Crisis support
If you or someone you know is in immediate distress, our crisis line and "The Listener" service are available. You don't have to go through the full sign-up to get immediate support.
